FDP & MDP

Great teachers make great students. In fact, research shows that an inspiring and informed teacher is the most important asset to student achievement. It is therefore, critical to pay close attention to how we train and support both new and experienced educators.

We, at MIM truly agree with the foresaid point and conduct FDPs regularly to keep the faculties updated. The recent FDP was conducted on ‘Research methodology, statistical data analysis and interpretation’ by Mr. Ajay Saraf – Regional director of WLCI College and Consultant for Statistical Analysis. The event witnessed huge participation of faculties from various streams.

MIM is also committed to bridging the gap between knowledge and practice by encouraging the professional development of practicing managers and executives through its well-designed Management Development Programmes (MDPs). Our MDPs are intended to enrich the proficiency of corporate executives and managers by apprising them the state-of-the-art management practices and providing with the best academic inputs. Our Institute has conducted MDPs in the areas of Personality Development, Soft skills Development, Selling and Negotiation Skills.
