A Conference on Entrepreneurship was organized wherein successful entrepreneurs were invited to throw light on different aspects of Entrepreneurship. More than 500 students from different colleges attended the conference.

The following renowned speakers addressed the crowd and encouraged students through their inspirational stories:

• Mr. Anil Manghnani – Proprietor and Founder, Shyam Enterprises (Manufacturing of Garments)
• Ms. Jharna Juriani & Ms. Khushboo Juriani – Content Creators of DIY videos on Youtube.
• Ms. Gunjan Zode –  Proprietor and Founder, PAMM Environmental Solution Pvt. Ltd. (Waste water treatment and Energy saving solutions)

MIM awards scholarships every year to FYMMS and SYMMS students on the basis of merit and socio-economic background. The scholarships awarded includes ‘Majnu Sahibsing Hiranandani Scholarship’, ‘Hemibai Charitable Trust Scholarship’ and ‘Smt. Geeta Israni Scholarship’

As a management college it becomes necessary to blend theoretical and practical knowledge. Hence, industrial visit is conducted and students were taken to various industries to give exposure into various aspects of management.

A workshop on Financial and Investment awareness was conducted by Mr. Hitesh Sethia. He imparted knowledge on online trading and investment avenues. 218 students participated from surrounding colleges. Students gained an insight into investment avenues.

Any nation works on a sound legal system. In order to make students aware about the constitution and law, a session was arranged on ‘Effects of Demonetisation’ by Mr. Shriniwas. The session enabled the students to understand the pros, cons and what goes behind the curtains of Demonetisation.

In order to motivate & inculcate reading habits in students, MIM organises book exhibition for students & faculties of MIM & surrounding colleges every year. The books relating to different aspects of management were displayed in the exhibition. 350 students & faculties attended the book exhibition very enthusiastically.

HR managers of nearly 25 companies were invited to enable networking with the students. The meet also included a session on “Risk Taking Perspective” by Mr. Sudeep Gupta, VP, IKS Healthcare. This session threw light on meaning, types and other aspects of risk taking. Alumni of MIM were also invited to attend the session and develop contacts.

An alumni meet was conducted to enable networking and to provide guidance to our existing students. Alumni attended a session on “Risk Taking Perspective” by Mr. Sudeep Gupta, VP, IKS Healthcare. Approximately 25 alumni attended the meet and guided the current batch students.

An interactive session was conducted by Mr. Rajesh Chandwani on “Consumer Rights” on World Consumer Rights Day. It helped in creating awareness among the students about their rights and duties as consumers.

H.& G.H. Mansukhani Institute of Management, under the patronage of Rotary Club of Vithalwadi organised the installation ceremony of the new team of office bearers of Rotaract Club of MIM.

MMS Programme at MIM begins with a two-week induction program to set the scene and connect the students with their colleagues and the institute. The program includes a variety of activities such as team-building, workshops, lectures and social events which enables all students from diverse backgrounds to come at par. The Induction module sets the context for the rest of the program and helps  the students to reacquaint with the rigours of academic study. 

Hon’ble Shri Vinod Tawde visited the campus on 30th September, 2019 and interacted with students and staff of MIM.

As a part of Fit India Movement lauched by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on National Sports Day, MIM has organised trekking for its student to Kondane Caves, Kartat.  Students and teaching staff of the college has enthusiastically participated in the event.
